Scope is agreed in writing before payment: up to 10 URLs, technical/on-page review, five title/meta drafts, prioritized URL-level actions, a 30-day plan and one written clarification round. Target delivery is 24 hours after scope confirmation and receipt of required information, subject to availability confirmed before payment. Implementation, backlink acquisition, keyword-volume data and ongoing management are excluded. Service payments use a separately agreed PayPal or Payoneer invoice after scope confirmation; Dodo software checkout does not purchase these services.

Audit Desk software — $99

The current v1.0 offline software is provided as a downloadable archive after successful payment. One agency may produce unlimited client reports. No subscription, future-version commitment, third-party crawler license or manual consulting is included. Its scope is CSV mapping, deterministic checks, reviewer decisions, observed-findings comparison, client HTML report, task CSV and JSON review save/restore. No live crawling, ranking data, keyword volumes, backlinks, Google index verification or JavaScript rendering is provided. Full commercial license is included in the archive.

Support and refunds

For software delivery failures or functional defects, email contact@lahi.io with your order ID within 14 days for help or a refund request. If the stated functions cannot be supplied, we will honor the request. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Service scope, cancellation and refunds are agreed before payment and follow any applicable marketplace rules.
